Just say hello!

Well my mother and grandmother always said you can't know someone if you don't speak to them.

So the first item to help your neighbor is get to know them.

Whether yow live in the city or in the country, in an apartment, or in a house, you need to say hello to your neighbor.

We are not cavemen and women who use a big stick to get what we want. We can ask nicely.
When did we as a people stop using manors when talking to someone and why?
